Hi there! I’m Molly and I have been working to build organizations that make a difference for close to 20 years now. Most of my work is focused on helping teams develop or maintain strategic clarity while they navigate change (Adaptive Leadership, anyone?). I love bringing ideas to life and relational, transformational engagements are my sweet spot.
I do all sorts of strategic organizational development and design projects and I’m comfortable working in a variety of settings: from teeny tiny startups to massive, global organizations; from nonprofits to for-profits; and everything in between.
I serve on the board for Wild Bear Nature Center, I am an alumnus of Global Shapers and StartingBloc, and I hold a B.A. in Global Studies from the University of Minnesota. When I'm not working, I like to read short stories, run on trails, cook with friends, and smoke the occasional cigar.
